The Salsa On1 Level 1 class introduces you to basic footwork and helps you find a rhythm with your partner. To make the practice fun, you’ll enjoy the Rueda de Casino, where you dance in a circle, and switch partners with everyone in the class, learning to dance like a pro without feeling dizzy. 

In Salsa On1 Levels 2 & 3 classes build on lessons learned in Level 1, focusing on mastering more advanced skills. Instructors will help you refine your sense of balance and improve body movement. By the end, you should feel significantly more confident connecting with other dancers and moving at a faster pace. 

The Level 4 course is where you will get your groove on. You’ll learn to spice up your dance and improvise various movements, ensuring you rock the dance floor from now until eternity. 

Courses last for a number of weeks (see course description), with sessions lasting 1 hour and 15 minutes each. You’ll need to complete the Level 1 class to move onto Levels 2 & 3 and Levels 2 & 3 to move to Level 4.
